No. The cost check provides an estimated tiling cost based on the information you supply, with assumptions and major cost drivers identified. Prices are estimates only, not fixed quotes or guaranteed final costs. Pricing can vary depending on the trades engaged, location, project complexity, tile size and type, materials and finishes, site access, preparation and substrate condition, demolition, waterproofing, plumbing or structural work, concealed issues, trade availability, changes to scope and when the work is carried out. It is not a whole-bathroom renovation quote. Obtain written, site-specific quotes from your chosen trades before committing to work.

Pre-renovation planning and the Complete Bathroom Plan include a fixtures and fittings checklist with a supply-only cost estimate. Installation costs are excluded from this estimate.

No. Detailed tile set-out is excluded because it depends on actual site measurements, tile dimensions, falls and installation conditions. Your installer will need to confirm the final arrangement on site.

The Complete Bathroom Plan includes a concept view of your bathroom with your tile and colour selections represented, plus one revision. It helps you compare the look before you commit. Colours, textures and proportions are illustrative; it is not a construction drawing.

No. The review highlights planning considerations and potential issues from the information supplied. Your on-site trades must verify dimensions, falls, waterproofing, plumbing and installation requirements. Concealed conditions cannot be assessed remotely.

Yes. Upgrade within 30 days for the same bathroom and your $59 Cost Check fee is credited in full. At introductory pricing, pay an additional $110 for Pre-renovation planning or $190 for the Complete Bathroom Plan. Send an upgrade enquiry and we’ll confirm your previous purchase and eligibility before payment.

Delivered within 2 business days once payment and all required project information are received. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. For the Complete Bathroom Plan, this timeframe covers your initial plan; we confirm timing for your included revision separately.
